COMMERCIAL BURGLARY

• 3-20-23, 10:37 PM, 1300 block of Lyndon (South Pasadena Christian Church). Suspect enters building through an unlocked window and takes loss. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, possibly Hispanic, wearing a black beanie, black jacket. LOSS: Guitar, camera, electronic cables, headphones, laptop.

• 3-28-23, 12:15 AM to 6:15 AM, 1400 block of Fremont (South Pasadena High School). Suspect gains entry into building by prying open a roll up door. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, White or Hispanic, wearing light colored pants, dark colored sweatshirt. LOSS: Unknown.

STOLEN VEHICLE

4-2-23, 10:00 PM to 4-3-23, 6:50 AM, 1700 block of Oxley. ’13 Hyundai Sonata. Vehicle recovered by LAPD Olympic Division on 4-3-23.

TAMPERING WITH MOTOR VEHICLE

• 3-27-23, 10 PM to 3-28-23, 8:30 AM, 1100 block of Huntington. Suspect(s) damages victim’s vehicle keyhole.

• 3-28-23, 11 AM to 3-29-23, 12 PM, Primrose/Alhambra Road. Suspect(s) damages victim’s vehicle keyhole.

ASSAULT

3-28-23, 7 AM, 800 block of Prospect. Suspect and victim are residents and suspect hits victim.

POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS

4-1-23, 12:06 AM, Fremont/Huntington. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and is found to be in possession of narcotics. Suspect is also found to have an outstanding warrant. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 23 years, Los Angeles.

THEFT

• 3-30-23, 11:10 AM, 800 block of Montrose. Suspect takes loss from victim’s porch. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, long hair in a ponytail, wearing a light colored t-shirt, open button down shirt, long pants. LOSS: Pillow cushions.

• 1-1-23, 12:00 AM to 3-28-23, 9:00 AM, 1200 block of Huntington. Suspect(s) enter victim’s garage and take loss. LOSS: Comic books, car jack.

• 3-28-23, 12:00 AM to 3-28-23, 5:00 AM, 2000 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect(s) cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

• 4-1-23, 7:49 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect enters store and takes loss, then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Cosmetics. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Female, Hispanic, 30 years, wearing a black hooded jacket, gray pants and carry a reusable grocery bag.

• 4-3-23, 1:45 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect enters store and takes loss, then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: General merchandise. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male Black, 20 years, wearing a black beanie cap, black shirt, black pants and carrying a black backpack.

FRAUD

• February 2022 to June 2022. Suspect(s) gains access to victim’s account and attempts to make an unauthorized purchase.

• 3-27-23, 10:30 AM. Suspect 1 calls victim and claims to be an Amazon employee and that victim must pay for a purchase. Victim denied making the purchase and Suspect 1 transfers call to Suspect 2 who claims to be a bank employee. Suspect 2 claims to assist victim with a fraud and transfers call to Suspect Three who claims to be a FBI agent. Suspect 3 instructs victim to withdrawal cash and deposit cash into a Bitcoin ATM and victim complies.

• 4-2-23, 6:23 PM, Fremont/Grevelia. City property damage.

• 4-3-32, 6:54 PM, 1200 block of Fair Oaks. Assisted with info exchange.
