THEFT

• 7-4-20, 3:51 PM to 7-5-20, 1:40 PM, 1800 block of State. Suspect takes loss from victim’s shared mailbox area. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male. LOSS: Parcel packages.

• 6-26-20, 12:00 AM to 7-6-20, 11:59 PM, 300 block of Grand. ’18 Kia Sorento. Suspect(s) tamper with victim’s vehicle and take loss. LOSS: License plate.

• 7-3-20, 8:00 AM to 7-4-20, 12:15 PM, 700 block of Orange Grove. Suspect(s) pry open shared mailboxes and take loss. LOSS: Mail, parcel packages.

• 7-7-20, 10:47 AM to 11:14 AM, 1900 block of Hill. Suspect(s) use victim’s information to file a change of address to forward loss to another location. LOSS: Mail.

• 7-7-20, 12:50 PM to 1:22 PM, 700 block of Mission. Suspect(s) pry open shared mailboxes and take loss. LOSS: Mail.

• 7-7-20, 3:35 PM, 300 block of Pasadena. ’05 Toyota Prius. Suspect(s) tamper with victim’s vehicle and take loss. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

• 7-8-20, 11:00 PM to 7-9-20, 9:00 AM, 2000 block of Hanscom. ’15 Ford Explorer. Suspect(s) enter victim’s unlocked vehicle and takes loss. LOSS: Backpack, sneakers, sunglasses, FasTrak transponder, gate remote, keys, face masks.

• 7-7-20, 12:00 PM to 7-8-20, 12:00 PM, 2000 block of Ashbourne. ’07 Toyota 4Runner. Suspect(s) enter victim’s unlocked vehicle and take loss. LOSS: Glasses, sunglasses.

• 7-4-20, 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM, 700 block of Orange Grove. Suspect(s) pry open shared mailboxes and take loss. LOSS: Mail, parcel packages.

• 7-9-20, 5:42 PM to 6:09 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect places loss in backpack and leaves store without paying. SUSPECT

ARRESTED: Male, 36 years, Los Angeles. LOSS: Food items (recovered).

• 7-12-20, 8:45 AM to 9:34 AM, 500 block of Mission. ’05 Honda Odyssey. Suspect(s) tamper with victim’s vehicle and take loss. LOSS: License plate.

• 7-12-20, 9:34 PM to 9:54 PM, 1200 block of Fair Oaks (Pavilions). Suspect places loss in backpack and leaves store without paying. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 61 years, Los Angeles. LOSS: Alcohol (recovered).

• 7-3-20, 10:40 PM to 7-4-20, 12:40 PM, 900 block of Meridian. Suspect(s) take unattended loss. LOSS: Tool bag, tools.

• 7-10-20, 3:00 PM to 7-13-20, 10:00 AM, 1600 block of Huntington. ’02 Honda Accord. Suspect(s) tamper with victim’s vehicle and take loss. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

AUTO BURGLARY

  • 7-5-20, 11:00 PM to 7-6-20, 8:45 AM, 1600 block of Lyndon. ’13 Toyota Tacoma. Suspect(s) smash the rear passenger side cab window and take loss. LOSS: Radar detector.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY

  • 7-13-20, midnight to 3 AM, 900 block of Mission (Extra Space Storage). Suspects gain access to multiple storage units by cutting locks and prying open doors. SUSPECTS ARRESTED: S1 – Male, 24 years, Inglewood. S2 – Male, 25 years, Lennox. LOSS: Tools, bicycle, miscellaneous items (recovered).

STOLEN VEHICLE

• 7-6-20, 7:00 PM to 7-7-20, 8:30 AM, 1700 block of Lyndon. ’19 Dodge Durango (recovered by Hermosa Beach PD).

• 7-6-20, 8:30 PM to 7-7-20, 4:30 PM, 400 block of Prospect Circle. ’85 Toyota 4Runner.

• 7-8-20, 4:37 PM to 5:39 PM, 1200 block of Marengo. ’13 Ford Explorer.

• 7-8-20, 11:00 PM to 7-9-20, 9:00 AM, 2000 block of Hanscom. ’06 Honda Civic (recovered by CHP).

• 7-11-20, 5:54 AM to 7:22 AM, 600 block of Orange Grove. ’99 Ford F250 (recovered by LAPD Central Division).

• 7-12-20, 2:12 PM to 3:05 PM, 800 block of Arroyo. ’00 Honda CR-V.

RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE

  • 7-13-20, 2:28 AM to 2:52 AM, 900 block of Mission. ’14 Toyota Prius. Suspect is found to be driving a stolen vehicle. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 35 years, Los Angeles.

ASSAULT

• 7-8-20, 5:08 PM to 5:10 PM, Fair Oaks/Mission. Suspect gets into a verbal confrontation and spits on victim. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, wearing a black baseball cap, brown sunglasses, dark blue shirt, blue jean shorts, white socks, white Adidas shoes, black gloves, black backpack, silver headphones, riding a bicycle.

• 7-10-20, 8:22 PM to 9:30 PM, 1400 block of Lyndon. Victim identifies and confronts suspect for a previous confrontation. Suspect throws a rock at victim before attempting to flee the area. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 55 years, Monterey Park.

DRUNK IN PUBLIC

• 7-8-20, 9:38 PM to 9:48 PM, 1200 block of Fair Oaks. Officer on patrol finds suspect to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 52 years, Rosemead.

• 7-13-20, 12:47 AM to 1:03 AM, 400 block of Arroyo. Officer responds to a call regarding two subjects arguing on a street and finds suspect to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 28 years, Los Angeles.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES

  • 6-15-20, 7:00 AM to 6-23-20, 7:00 AM, 2000 block of Monterey. Suspect(s) scatter nails on victim’s driveway.

ROBBERY

  • 7-9-20, 10:52 PM to 11:07 PM, Fremont and Alhambra. Suspects approach victim and demand money. Suspects chase victim when victim claims to not have any money. Victim throws loss on ground in an attempt to stop suspects from chasing. Suspects pick up loss and continue to chase victim until victim is able to flee. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: S1 – Male, 20 – 21 years, 6’1’’, black spiked hair, brown eyes, wearing a black Proclub short sleeved shirt, dark pants, black surgical mask. S2 – Male, 19 – 21 years, 5’9’’ – 5’10’’, brown hair, brown eyes, wearing a black zipper jacket with brown pants, black surgical mask. LOSS: U.S. currency.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • 7-10-20, 2:19 AM to 2:41 AM, 90 block of Pasadena. Officer on patrol contacts and finds suspect to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 24 years, Los Angeles.
