VANDALISM
• 8-29-22, 11:20 AM, Fair Oaks/Mission. Suspect and victim are involved in a road rage incident. Suspect throws an unknown item at victim’s vehicle.
• 8-25-22, 8:45 AM to 7 PM, 1400 block of Bank. Suspect(s) smashes victim’s front door window.
• 8-25-22, 3:24 AM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (SP Eye Care). Suspect(s) smashes window to business.
RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE
8-28-22, 2 PM, 100 block of Marmion Way. ’16, Infinity Q50. Officer locates vehicle which is found to be stolen from El Monte.
THEFT
• 8-29-22, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Starbucks). Suspect takes loss from store and leaves. Officers locate suspect but victim is non-desirous of prosecution and suspect is released. LOSS: Food items (recovered).
• 8-28-22, 8:14 AM, 2000 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect(s) takes loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: License plates.
• 8-27-22, 5:30 PM, 700 block of Park. Suspect takes loss from victim’s front porch. LOSS: Parcel package. SUSPECT VEHICLE: Black, ’20, Kia sedan. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: (2) Male, Hispanics, wearing dark clothing and (1) Female, White, with red hair, tattoo on chest, wearing a black tank top and green leggings.
• 8-26-22, 3:45 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect(s) takes unattended loss. LOSS: Backpack.
• 8-26-22, 4:10 PM to 5 PM, Garfield Park. Suspect(s) takes unattended loss. LOSS: Backpack.
• 8-21-22, 3 AM to 4 AM, 700 block of Park. Mazda 5. Suspect(s) enter victim’s unlocked vehicle and takes loss. LOSS: Remote control and change.
• 8-26-22, 3 PM to 3:10 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect(s) takes unattended loss left near front door. LOSS: Backpack.
• 8-26-22, 1:45 PM, 800 block of Meridian (Heirloom Bakery). Suspect enters store and takes loss, then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Chips, pastries. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Black, 509, wearing a light brown cap, blue shirt and green shorts.
• 8-26-22, 12:42 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect enters store and takes loss, then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Beer. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, 25 years, wearing a black cap, black shirt and black pants.
• 8-26-22, 10:30 AM, 800 block of Meridian (Heirloom Bakery). Suspect enters store and takes loss, then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Chips. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Black, 20 years, wearing a white cap, blue shirt, unknown color pants.
• 8-24-22, 4:50 AM, 1700 block of Huntington. ’02, Chevy. Suspect(s) damages door handle to victim’s vehicle in an attempt to gain entry and activates alarm. LOSS: None.
• 8-23-22, 1 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect enters store and takes loss, then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Trimmers and shaving cream. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, White, 30 years, wearing a white shirt and tan shorts.
FRAUD
• 8-26-22, Suspect(s) gains access to victim’s credit card and makes an unauthorized purchase.
• 8-24-22, 7:30 PM, Indiana/Monterey. Victim responds to an online ad on “Offer-Up” of suspect selling a vehicle. Suspect agrees to meet victim and victim gives suspect money to purchase vehicle. Suspect asks victim to walk with him towards condominium complex as suspect counts money. Suspect has victim wait outside in corridor as suspect walks around bushes. Suspect leaves in vehicle with loss. Suspect vehicle is later found to be stolen from Pasadena. LOSS: Cash. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Black, 20 years, 505, 150, dark short hair, brown eyes, wearing a light colored shirt, beige shorts and holding a satchel bag.
• 8-10-22 to 8-24-22, Suspect(s) gains access to victim’s credit card and makes several attempts to make an unauthorized purchase.
POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
8-25-22, 7:30 PM, 1400 block of Ozmun Court. Officers contact suspect who was seen jumping over a fence. Suspect is found to be in possession of a controlled substance. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, Hispanic, 25 years, Pasadena.
ASSAULTS
8-18-22, 6:40 PM, 600 block of Fair Oaks (Bristol Farms). Suspects enter store and employee sees S1 concealing bottle of alcohol inside jacket. Employee confronts S1 who returns alcohol. S2 becomes confrontational and pulls out a knife. Both suspects then exit store and drive away. SUSPECT VEHICLE: Silver Mercedes ML350. SUSPECTS DESCRIPTION: S1 – Male, Hispanic, 40 years, 510, 215, short black and gray hair, wearing a white jacket and jeans. S2 – Male, Hispanic, 20 years, black hair, 510, wearing a blue jacket and holding a knife.
TRESPASSING
8-24-22, 10 AM, 400 block of Garfield. Suspect and victim were in a relationship. Victim allows suspect to spend the night, but refuses to leave in the morning. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 37 years, Sacramento.
