The team closed out the year with strong progress in concrete, framing and site utilities. For concrete, workers poured the cast-in-place walls and open wall sections at the basement perimeter.
They also adjusted the lateral shoring to allow for shotcrete wall pours in January. With regards to site utilities, trenches were dug on the North and East side of the building and completed the sewer utility ties to the City line.
Great strides were made in exterior framing, installing large portions of the exterior shear wall. Those at SPMS are building a lot of momentum for the new year, stay tuned for more updates!
