At this special time of year when we are reminded of the many ways we can help others, the Woman’s Club of South Pasadena (WCSP) will recognize some keynote local organizations with monetary contributions and special donations at the annual Spirit of Giving Luncheon on Wednesday, December 1st.

The club’s philanthropy committee will present checks to a number of community groups that have made a difference for many people in need, including the St. James Food Locker, Holy Family Giving Bank, Urban Harvester, and Friends of Foster Children.

Special guests from various organizations will also be present to accept donations of hand-assembled items prepared by club members throughout the year, including representatives from the Huntington Hospital Breast Cancer Center, LA County Hospital – CARES, and the West LA Veteran Center.
