With school starting today, it did not take long for South Pasadena High School’s football team to start their 2022 season with an upcoming scrimmage against San Gabriel High School on Friday.

The encounter will give the coaching staff a chance to evaluate their players and make necessary adjustments. Veteran coach Jeff Chi, a former player at the school, and his staff have been working with the team since last month in preparation for the upcoming season.
