Special Needs Conference Held at SPHS

Special Needs Committee Holds Conference at the high school

The South Pasadena Council PTA Special Needs Committee held a Special Needs Conference over the weekend at South Pasasdena High School. Parents, teachers, specialists and administrators gathered on the high school campus where there were forum discussing things such as finding and coordinating services, preventing and addressing challenging behavior, assessing and managing attention issues, pragmatics, and pathways after high school.

The mission of the South Pasadena Council PTA Special Needs Committee is to serve South Pasadena’s students with special needs and to support their teachers and families. In collaboration with the SPUSD (South Pasadena Unified School District), we work to foster excellent education and an informed, supportive, and inclusive community for all our city’s children.
