The South Pasadena City Council will hold an amended Special Closed Meeting on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the City Council Chambers (1424 Mission Street) to discuss real property negotiations.
Property Negotiations with Caltrans
During this closed session, City Manager Todd Hileman will act as the agency negotiator with the California Department of Transportation. The discussions will center strictly on the price and terms of payment for six local properties.
The residential properties under discussion include:
• 815 Bonita Drive
• 1107 Foothill Street
• 911 Monterey Road
