An entertaining lineup of art and music is on tap for the community in and around South Pasadena as the Chamber of Commerce hosts another quarterly Arts Crawl event the evening of Saturday, Jul. 16.
Known as a popular “neighborhood-night-on-the-town,” adults and children are welcome to enjoy the eclectic businesses of South Pasadena along with specially programmed entertainment.
“This Arts Crawl features over 20 retail stores staying open for extended hours while special art displays, live music, interactive activities, and sales are spread throughout the business district,” explained South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce CEO Laurie Wheeler.
“Each Arts Crawl features a variety of entertainment to be enjoyed by patrons of all ages while shopping, dining and enjoying South Pasadena.”
The always popular Artisan’s Alley is back, showcasing handcrafted, unique, artistic creations for sale, located on Meridian Avenue, between Mission Street and El Centro Avenue.
An event map with a complete list of activities, performers, business participants, and more will be available Tuesday, July 12 on the Chamber website.
Patrons are encouraged to walk, bike, or take the Metro ‘L’ Line, where the South Pasadena Station will put you right at the heart of the event. Parking is available in the Mission/Meridian Parking lot (north of Mission Street, on Meridian), walking distance to the more than 20 participating shops and boutiques.
