The Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena is pleased to announce the hiring of Lisa Cavelier as its new Chief Executive Officer. Lisa’s expertise in Pasadena-based community organizations, fundraising and her strong leadership skills make her the perfect candidate to shepherd the 81-year-old iconic organization into its next chapter.

“We are delighted to have Lisa on board with the Club and excited to work with her toward growing the Club and offering the best possible programs for the kids in our community,” said Board Chair, Brian Spaulding.

With a nonprofit management career spanning more than 25 years, Lisa Cavelier’s history includes stints as an assistant to the US Ambassador to France; Executive Director of the Nancy Reagan Foundation; Chief Operating Officer for the California Art Club; Vice President of Guest Services for the 2015 Special Olympics World Games Los Angeles; and most recently, Director of Collaborate PASadena. For ten years, Lisa was the President of Cavelier Productions, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in marketing, organizational development, public relations, and event management. During that time she managed projects around Pasadena including with nonprofit organizations Day One, PEF, Junior League of Pasadena, as well as the City of Pasadena and the PUSD. She has been an active volunteer in both Pasadena and South Pasadena, serving repeatedly as PTA President, and sitting on multiple boards and committees for more than 20 years.
