The South Pasadena Public Library is excited to host Ina Buckner-Barnette, the Sunshine Storyteller, on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. as part of its Wonderful Wednesdays series. The performance will be held on the Oxley Street side of Library Park.

Ina Buckner-Barnette is an award-winning artist and storyteller who mixes international folktales with movement activities, songs, poetry, and more!

The Wonderful Wednesdays series showcases a different entertainer or activity through the Library’s Summer Reading Program. This program was made possible with generous support from the Friends of the South Pasadena Public Library, Inc.

Masks will be strongly recommended for ages 2 and up. Attendees should bring a blanket to sit on the grass, and plan to limit interaction with non-household members.

The South Pasadena Public Library is located at 1100 Oxley Street in South Pasadena. Visit the website for information about services and programs. The Library is open Monday, Friday, Saturday 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. and Sunday 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
