PCC Superintendent/President Remarks on Apparent Passage of Measure PCC

With Measure PCC leading in returns with 69% of the vote, Pasadena City College Superintendent/President Erika Endrijonas offered the following thoughts:

“We are so grateful for the support we are seeing from our community tonight. This vote gives a big thumbs-up to all the hard work the faculty, students, staff, and administrators are doing at Pasadena City College.

“Measure PCC gives us the ability to begin realizing our facilities plans, providing the classrooms, labs, common spaces, and services our students need as we enter PCC’s second century of serving our community. We look forward to partnering with folks throughout our community to responsibly manage these resources, ensuring they benefit our students for generations to come.

Measure PCC (yesonpcc.org) will provide $565 million to fund new construction and renovation of a range of facilities at Pasadena City College’s campuses across the West San Gabriel Valley.
