After a two-year COVID-19 related hiatus, South Pasadena Educational Foundation’s Parti Gras returned last Saturday night with plenty of flair.

In the end, thousands of dollars were raised for its beneficiary – the South Pasadena Unified School District.
Hundreds of locals came out to have nothing but fun at the fantasy themed event featuring food, silent/live auctions and dancing late into the night inside the grounds of the Arroyo Seco Golf Course in the city.
The big crowd was not disappointed with an array of gourmet samplings provided by area restaurants, to go along with a wide range of auction items and entertainment throughout the evening.
In one of the larger crowds on hand to ever attend the usually annual event, fellowship and old friendships were renewed.
Organizers said the fundraiser was a massive success and it will help fund the group’s charitable goals in the coming year. The party is one of South Pasadena’s biggest events of the year.
