Art and music lovers attending this year’s Eclectic Music Festival and Arts Crawl on April 27 will have opportunity to enjoy a “VIP experience” while supporting the festival in a new way.
“Everyone who attends the festival is a Very Important Person to us, and those interested in purchasing a special access ticket for our new VIP Zone will be supporting us with additional revenue to help cover our festival costs,” explained Laurie Wheeler, president & CEO of the South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, which produces the festival.
Tickets to the VIP Zone will allow access to a private reserved area at the corner of Mission Street and Fairview Avenue, in a location central to various stages and the Artisans Alley. Ticketholders will receive wristbands enabling them to come and go from the reserved area throughout the festival that runs 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The special area will feature cocktail tables and chairs as well as bright orange Eclectic Music Festival goodie bags with tickets for beer and wine, among other gift items.
A limited number of VIP Zone tickets will be sold for $50 each online at www.TheElectic.Rocks Online ticket sales will close when sold out or on Friday, April 26. Any remaining tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Diamond Avenue ticket booth when the festival opens at 3 p.m., April 27.
Grammy-nominated Gin Blossoms will headline the festival among some 50 musical entertainers appearing on a dozen stages amid displays by a variety of artisans, food trucks and more. The festival continues to be free of charge to the thousands of individuals who turn out for the family-friendly event.
