Eclectic Music Festival organizers to offer taste of 2023 Eclectic Music Festival & Arts Crawl at Eclectic Preview Party and Creative Community Awards on April 2, 2023

South Pasadena’s countdown to the 13th Annual Eclectic Music Festival and Arts Crawl begins Sunday, April 2 at the preview party and fundraiser at the former Carrow’s Restaurant. Featuring live music from a few of the musicians playing at this year’s festival, live and silent auctions, and the reveal of the 2023 festival poster, the Preview Party is an important part of organizers’ efforts to keep the music free. Doors open at 4:30 pm and tickets may be purchased online at TheEclectic.Rocks for $70.

More than 80 guests are expected to join in celebration of this year’s Creative Community Award Recipients, SaraRose Orlandini and Tisa Adamson, while enjoying a preview of the music, art, and community they can expect at this year’s festival. Taking place in South Pasadena’s central business district on April 29, from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., the Eclectic Musical Festival will feature 15 music stages, 80 artisan vendors, a children’s activity zone, three beer gardens, a vintage flea market, and special activities at area merchants.

Party-goers will enjoy delicious appetizers and dinner from Huntington Catering as they bid on an eclectic array of silent and live auction items and enjoy live music – all while supporting the Eclectic Music Festival and Arts Crawl event. They will also get the first-look at this year’s festival poster.

The party is presented by the Eclectic Friends of the Arts and the South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce.  The Eclectic Friends of the Arts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and donations are tax deductible as allowed by law (ID # 47-5448736).

Music lovers can further support the success of this year’s festival by sponsoring the event. Sponsorships start at $250, and packages include a variety of benefits and recognition including press mentions, logo placement and signage, tickets to the Preview Party, festival ‘swag bag,’ souvenir poster and more,” according to South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce President & CEO Laurie Wheeler. This year’s festival will host over 75 musical acts on 15 stages throughout South Pasadena’s business district. The music will be playing among displays from local artisans, interactive art activities, photo ops, food trucks and more!

 Festival-goers are invited to spend the day in South Pasadena, visiting local businesses and restaurants and enjoying music, art, and community.
