Metro Train Accident | South Pasadena Station Saturday Nov 4

About 2pm Saturday November 4, South Pasadena Emergency Units and South Pasadena Police received 911 calls about an accident involving the Metro Rail Gold Line (The ‘A’ Line) involving a pedestrian on the tracks at the Mission Street crossing.

Initial reports say that a male, unknown age, transient, was struck while walking inside the crossing gates.  The train clipped the leg of the pedestrian.  He was treated at the scene and transported to Huntington hospital where he’s expected to make a full recovery.
