South Pasadena City Council members will consider Wednesday night appointing Councilmember Diana Mahmud as the City of South Pasadena’s voting delegate, and Mayor Pro Tem Marina Khubesrian as the voting alternate for the League of California Cities‘ 2018 Annual Business Meeting on Friday, September 14, at the Long Beach Convention Center.

The City of South Pasadena received a request from the League to designate a voting delegate to represent the City at the League’s 2018 Annual Business Meeting at the Long Beach Convention Center.

According to the League’s bylaws, the City of South Pasadena is required to designate
one voting delegate and up to two alternate voting delegates to the League in order for the City Official to vote during the Annual Business Meeting.

To ensure that the City is represented at the League’s Annual Business Meeting, City Council action is required no later August 31.
