Dan spent several years in Germany including East Germany shortly after the fall of the wall. His informative presentation provided a picture of what the DDR was like shortly after
reuniting with Western Germany and the impact communism had on the people
living there. He had so much information to present he was asked to return
for Part Two of his program.
The Rotary Club of South Pasadena meets every Tuesday at noon in the Tower
Room of the Oneonta Congregational Church except for the first Tuesday of
the month when they meet at The Canoe House at 6 pm for an informal
gathering. Because of the Holidays, there will not be Rotary meetings on
December 25 or January 1. The next Rotary meeting will be on Tuesday,
January 8 at the Oneonta Church.
