Movies, commercials and student films are regularly filmed in South Pasadena because of its “anywhere in the U.S.A.,” according to the city’s Film Liaison Joan Aguado.

Below are some of the recent productions filmed in South Pasadena:

  • 1/22 – A still photo for “Ford Escape” was shot in the 1100 block of Mission St.
  • 1/23-24 – A TV commercial for “Comcast” was shot in the 1200 block of Milan Ave.
  • 1/25 – Still photos and a video for “MAZ” in the 1400 block of Fremont Ave.
  • 1/25 – A TV commercial for “Lay’s” Potato Chips was shot in the 1000 block of Park Ave.

Hundreds of movies, TV commercials and student films are shot in South Pasadena throughout the year.
