Movies, commercials and student films are regularly filmed in South Pasadena because of its “anywhere in the U.S.A.,” according to the city’s Film Liaison Joan Aguado

PHOTO: SouthPasadenan.com News | South Pasadena was a busy location last week for commercials, television shows and still photography.

Below are some of the recent productions filmed in South Pasadena:

  • 4/20–A commercial for “Girls on the Run” was shot in the1400 block of Fremont and 300 block of El Centro.
  • 4/22-4/25– A TV Webisode “The Baxter’s” was shot in the 400 block of Oaklawn
  • 4/23 – A demo reel was shot in Garfield Park.
  • 4/24 – A still photo for “Mia Vecar” shoes was shot in the 300 block of Grand
  • 4/25 – A music video for “Summer” was shot in the 300 block Pasadena Ave. and 1400 block of Fremont.
