The South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce on Thursday announced the 2020 Eclectic Music Festival and Arts Crawl on Saturday, April 25, “will need to be at least postponed.”

A scheduled Preview Party for the spring event on Sunday, March 15, has been cancelled.

“It makes little sense to continue with the party without any idea of how things will go forward, and to which people aren’t going to attend,” reads the chamber’s website.  “Needless to say, this has been a very difficult and agonizing decision, one that we postponed making as long as possible.”

The chamber said it will “not try to guess on when we might be able to reschedule. Once things ‘settle down,’ we’ll reevaluate our options and make further decisions.’

In between, there will be 45 bands and musicians, an Artisans’ Alley with over 30 booths with handcrafted and unique gifts and goodies, stroll the streets and visit your favorite boutiques and eateries and more.

Over the years, the Eclectic Music Festival  free family-friendly event has attracted thousands to the city, enjoying activities, exhibitions food, and more.

The Eclectic is produced by the South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Deepmix Entertainment and the City of South Pasadena, and is supported by Eclectic Friends of the Arts.
