Cloud formations from the recent storm that saturated the Southland for the past week displayed a fabulous sight for residents along with a dusting of snow on the local mountain peaks. Photos show pedestrians scurrying over the footbridge atop the 2 freeway with clouds hanging over them and threatening departing cloud formations over Eagle Rock- South Pasadena terrain.
