Cyber Monday hit a new record as shoppers opened their wallets and spent an estimated $7 billion, making it the largest online sales day in history, according to analytical firm Adobe Insight.

As expected, Amazon took the largest chunk of sales with 42%. The hottest items on the web were the Nintendo Switch, Hatchibles, and L.O.L Surprise.

Adobe Insight reports that sales climbed more than 16 percent from a year ago. The firm says more shoppers are making purchases from mobile devices this holiday season to boost overall digital sales.

Now that Cyber Monday is over, it’s time to focus on Giving Tuesday, when individuals are encouraged to give back to their communities by donating time and resources.

According to USA today, GivingTuesday in 2016  broke a record with $168 million in charitable donations worldwide, receiving donations from a large number of firms, including Facebook, PayPal and T-Mobile.
