City to Honor Departing Employees

South Pasadena Police Chief Art Miller and Planning and Building Director David Watkins will be recognized for their service to the city on Wednesday night. In addition, longtime business owner Ellen Daigle will receive a certificate of appreciation for her 35-years of operation in the city.

Two departing city employees along with a longtime business owner will be recognized at Wednesday’s City Council meeting.

Presentation of Proclamations will be made to outgoing Police Chief Arthur J. Miller and outgoing Planning and Building Director David Watkins for their service to the City of South Pasadena

In addition, Ellen Daigle, owner of Ellen’s Silkscreening, will receive a certificate of appreciation for her 35th anniversary. The certificate reads:
