Bank Robbery Suspect Caught With The Help of South Pasadena Police Department

South Pasadena Police Department bike patrol officers and K9 units called to help contain suspect in Pasadena

A bank robbery suspect was recently apprehended in Pasadena with an assist from local authorities.

South Pasadena Police Department officers were called to St. John Street and California Boulevard on Wednesday, November 28, at about 8 p.m. to assist Pasadena Police locate the man.

A K9 with officers, along with others on bikes, helped contain the suspect, who surrendered after police announced they were going to release the dog.

The following day, South Pasadena Police assisted the San Marino officers in the arrest of two suspects who broke into a home near Alpine Drive and Sherwood Road in San Marino.

Officers, detectives and a K9 unit searched the yard area of the home, ultimately finding the two men after 9 a.m. in the rear of a garage.
