Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide detectives are responding to the reservoir located on the East Bound 60 freeway at Fullerton Road, in the city of Rowland Heights to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a female adult.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
