Monterey Hills School divided its annual Winter Program into two parts, the transitional kindergarten, kindergarten, first grade and second grade performing on Dec. 20 in the school’s multipurpose room, and the third, fourth, and fifth grades singing on Dec. 21.
Appreciative audiences attended every event.
Among the songs heard during the programs were traditional favorites like “Joy to the World” and “The Little Drummer” to others with special meaning, including “Joyous Chanuka” and “Feliz Navidad.”
A few fun ones were also tossed in, from “Christmas on the Beach of Waikiki” and “Marshmallow World.”
