South Pasadenans are cordially invited by the Chamber of Commerce to enjoy what has become a heartwarming tradition here in town – the lighting of the holiday tree and menorah. It’s a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season, so bundle up and head on over to the Farmers Market this coming Thursday from 4:30 – 6 p.m.

The festivities include performances by the SPHS Marching Band, chorale singing by the South Pasadena Arts & Music Academy students, Pointe by Pointe dancers, Mosaic’s adult choir and more!
The menorah lighting will be led by Rabbi Alex Weisz at 5:30pm which will be followed by the tree lighting led by Mayor Jon Primuth.

Of course all the wonderful, unique food booths will be available throughout and South Pasadenans are encouraged to stroll the town, as local shops are having all kinds of holiday specials and feature music and special activities.
What better way to kick off the holidays than spending it celebrating with our neighbors?

Happy Holidays South Pasadenans!
