VANDALISM
•8-14-18, 1:15 p.m. to 2:16 p.m.. 8-15-18, 1 p.m. to 1:15 p.m., 200 block of San Pascual. Suspect bends a posted sign and removes another sign from its post. Suspect Description: Female, White, 5’06’’, 150 lbs., 40 years. Suspect Vehicle Description: Grey Scion.
•8-3-18, 12:00 a.m. to 8-4-18, 7:25 a.m., 1800 block of Ramona. Suspect(s) damage victim’s storage room door.
•8-20-18, 3:35 p.m., Fremont/Oxley. Suspect uses a marker to deface a dumpster. Suspect Arrested: Male, Juvenile.
DUI
•8-14-18, 7:44 p.m., Monterey/Indiana. Officers respond to a traffic collision and find suspect to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Suspect Arrested: Female, White, 75 years, Joshua Tree.
•8-18-18, 12:17 a.m., Monterey/Chelten. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Suspect Arrested: Male, Asian, 43 years, San Marino.
•8-19-18, 5:13 p.m., Indiana/Mission. Officer responds to a call regarding a DUI driver and finds suspect to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Suspect Arrested: Male, Hispanic, 50 years, Altadena.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
•8-15-18, 12:38 a.m., Pasadena/Columbia. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and is found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Suspect Arrested. Male, Hispanic, 41 years, Pasadena.
•8-17-18, 4:07 a.m., 500 block of Monterey. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Suspect Arrested: Male, Hispanic, 46 years, Phelan.
IDENTITY THEFT/CREDIT CARD FRAUD/CHECK FRAUD
•6-7-18, 12:01 a.m. to 6-19-18, 11:59 p.m., 1400 block of Mission. Suspect alters and cashes victim’s check.
•7-9-18, 9:40 a.m., 1200 block of Brunswick. Suspect(s) use victim’s credit card information and make an unauthorized purchase.
•3-3-18, 7 p.m. to 8-3-18, 7:30 p.m., 1600 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect(s) use victim’s information and apply for multiple bank accounts.
•8-19-18, 5:07 PM to 5:34 p.m., 900 block of Palm. Suspect(s) use victim’s credit card information and make an unauthorized purchase.
THEFT
•8-15-18, 1:21 p.m. to 1:42 p.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect places loss into purse and leaves store without paying. Suspect Arrested: Female, White, 27 years, Los Angeles. Loss: Liquor, fruit cup (recovered).
•8-17-18, 3:11 PM to 3:26 p.m., 1000 block of Fremont. Suspect takes loss and rides away. Loss: Bicycle. Suspect Description: Male, Hispanic, wearing red baseball cap.
•8-17-18, 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Baja Fresh). Suspect takes unattended loss from counter and makes unauthorized purchases with victim’s debit card. Loss: Wallet, cash, debit card, miscellaneous cards.
•8-18-18, 12:22 p.m. to 12:49 p.m., 80 block of Monterey. Suspect reaches over victim’s wall and grabs unsecured loss. Suspect Description: Male, White, wearing a blue baseball cap, dark shirt with two stripes on the shoulders, gray sweater, dark shorts, dark shoes, and a blue backpack. Loss: Bicycle.
•12-14-17, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., 1200 block of Blair. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s residence while working on victim’s home. Loss: Jewelry.
•8-16-18, 10 p.m. to 8-17-18, 7 a.m., 200 block of Grace. ’16 Lexus GS 300. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s unlocked vehicle. Loss: Unknown.
EXTORTION
•8-2-18, 12:01 a.m. to 8-18-18, 4:15 p.m., 400 block of Orange Grove. Suspect sends victim a letter and threatens to expose a secret unless suspect is paid.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY
•8-5-18, 5 p.m. to 8-20-18, 10 a.m., 900 block of Mission (Southmark Storage). Suspect(s) break into victim’s locked storage unit and take loss. Loss: Music equipment, vinyl records.
STOLEN VEHICLE
•8-20-18, 6:19 AM to 7:13 PM, 500 block of Magnolia. ’18 Toyota 4Runner.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES
•8-20-18, 2:22 p.m., 1200 block of Pine. Suspect drives next to victim and implies to be a law enforcement officer by showing victim a business card that may have had the word “Police” on it. Suspect claims that victim had just shoplifted from a store and that there is surveillance footage of the crime. Suspect then drives away. Suspect Description: Male, Hispanic or Caucasian, 40s, wearing a blue or gray baseball cap, full beard. Suspect Vehicle Description: White, two door pickup truck.
