The South Pasadena Arts Council (SPARC) is hosting “Facing Fear Through Art,” a unique exploration and acrylic workshop, on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Located at the SPARC gallery space at 1000 Fremont Avenue, this event combines therapeutic discussion with hands-on painting to help participants overcome creative blocks.
Bridging Art and Therapy
Led by art therapist Stefanie Schamber and painter Anna Berlly, the workshop is designed to help attendees understand and work through fear-based obstacles.
Participants will engage in a facilitated discussion about tapping into their natural artistic side before transitioning into a practical, beginner-friendly painting session.
The program aims to foster a supportive environment where community members can unleash their creativity without judgment.
