South Pasadena Rotary President-Elect Charles Wiggington was recognized by members of the Yes on S committee at the Rotary meeting on Tuesday, March 13. Charles is the CEO of Priority One Credit Union. He made their offices available for phone banks for several weeks. The committee credited Charles and Priority One for helping Measure S to pass by a wide margin.
