The Friends of the South Pasadena Public Library will present the Los Angeles Wind and Piano Sextet in a special Restoration Concert on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. The event will be held in the Library Community Room, located at 1115 El Centro Street, South Pasadena, CA 91030.
Program Highlights a Variety of Classical Masterworks
Audiences can expect a rich musical program featuring compositions by Ibert, Ravel, Poulenc, Saint-Saëns, Adrienne Albert, Rachmaninoff, and Holst. Highlights include the Mother Goose Suite, Danse Macabre, Six Pieces, and Jupiter from The Planets, offering a compelling mix of romantic, impressionist, and modern classical works.
