Among a number of changes to the South Pasadena landscape is a new senior independent living project slated for construction behind one of the largest buildings in the city.

In the current parking lot 625 Fair Oaks Avenue, behind a huge brown brick building, developers envision the day when the site will feature apartments, a pool, gym, spa facilities, courtyards, rooftop decks, all surrounded beautiful landscaping come to life.

In the heart of South Pasadena’s commercial corridor, it’s all within walking distance of multiple stores and restaurants in the area.
