ASSAULT

11-10-18, 10 PM, 400 block of Fair Oaks. Victim is tying his shoe lace and when victim stands up is hit in the face by suspect.

POSSESSION OF NITROUS OXIDE

11-11-18, 1 AM, 600 block of Arroyo. Officers make contact on a suspicious vehicle and discover suspect to be in possession of nitrous oxide. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 22 years, Los Angeles.

 

POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA

• 11-9-18, 1:11 AM, Arroyo/Pasadena. Officers contact suspect who is riding a bicycle with no lights. Suspect is found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and also found to have an outstanding warrant. LOSS: Male, Hispanic, 27 years, Los Angeles.

• 11-8-18, 3:06 AM, 1100 block of Huntington Lane. Suspects are stopped for a traffic violation and S1 (driver) is found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. S2 and S3 (passengers) are found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. SUSPECTS ARRESTED: S1 – Female, Hispanic, 35 years, Los Angeles. S2 – Female, Hispanic, 45 years, Los Angeles. S3 – Male, Hispanic, 50 years, Los Angeles.

• 11-7-18, 9:44 PM, 1400 block of Huntington. Officer contacts suspects who are loitering around the rear of a closed business. S1 is found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance. S2 is found to be in possession of prescription medication. SUSPECT ARRESTED: S1 – Male, White, 44 years, Los Angeles. S2 – Female, Hispanic, 30 years, Los Angeles.

CONTRIBUTING TO DELINQUENCY MINOR

11-7-18, 1:11 PM, Garfield Park. Officers contact suspect who is smoking marijuana with juveniles. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 18 years, South Pasadena.

 

THEFT 

• 11-9-18, 3:20 AM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store and takes loss, then exits without paying. Officers locate suspect and recover loss. LOSS: Alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 50 years, Los Angeles.

• 10-23-18, 10:42 AM, 1500 block of Fair Oaks (South Pasadena Middle School). Suspect takes unlocked loss. LOSS: Bicycle. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, wearing a black jacket, jeans and carrying a backpack.

• 10-7-18, unknown time to 10-8-18, 8:35 AM, 800 block of Orange Grove Place. ’10, Ford. Suspect enters victim’s unlocked vehicle and takes loss. LOSS: Owner’s manual, vehicle registration, phone charger and tire changing kit.

 

FRAUD BY FALSE PRETENSE

11-12-18, 8:30 AM, 1700 block of Mission. Victim gets a “pop-up” while on the computer stating that victim’s computer has a virus and to call to get computer repaired. Victim calls suspect and suspect ask for payment in gift cards. Victim complies and suspect later calls asking for additional funds.

 

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

11-12-18, 4 PM, 1700 block of Las Palmitas (attempt). Suspect(s) smashes rear sliding glass door to gain entry, and activates alarm. LOSS: None.

 

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY

• 11-12-18, 2:45 PM, 1300 block of Huntington (Verizon). Suspects enter store and take loss from display table. LOSS: Cell phones. SUSPECTS DESCRIPTION: (2) Male, Blacks wearing dark colored hooded sweat jackets.

• 11-7-18, 5:55 AM, 700 block of Fair Oaks (Shell Gas Station). Suspects smash rear glass pane to gain entry. Suspects discover employee inside store and leave. LOSS: None.

AUTO BURGLARY
10-25-18, 4 AM to 6 AM, 5000 block of Collis. ’17, VW Passat. Suspect(s) attempt to pry car door open, but fails to gain entry. LOSS: None.

IDENTITY THEFT/CREDIT CARD FRAUD/CHECK FRAUD

3-7-18 to 10-15-15, 800 block of Forest. Suspect(s) uses victim’s personal information and obtains a loan.

 

DUI

11-12-18, 11:20 PM, 1400 block of Meridian. Suspect is involved in a hit-and-run traffic collision and later crashes into a fence. Suspect is found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 18 years.

 

EXPIRED REGISTRATION

11-10-18, 10:17 AM, Huntington/Fair Oaks. Suspect is found driving with expired registration over six months. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, Hispanic, 49 years, Pasadena.

 

VANDALISM

• 11-10-18, 4:50 PM, 1000 block of Fremont. Suspect and victim are roommates and get into an argument. Suspect damages victim’s property and is arrested. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, Juvenile.

• 11-6-18, 8:40 PM, 1000 block of Mission (Handle and Gift). Suspect throws a rock and smashes store front window. Officers locate suspect who is arrested. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 22 years, Los Angeles.
