Art-in-the-Park with SPACE (South Pasadena Art Center) Wednesday July 11 at 3:00 PM – 3:45 PM Artists from SPACE (South Pasadena Arts Center) will inspire children to use their imaginations to design their own creations in this hands-on Art-in-the-Park workshop. Series of music concerts produced by the Pascale Music Institute (formerly the South Pasadena Strings Program) sponsored by the Woman’s Club of South Pasadena. The concerts will include a variety of music from Classical to Jazz and will be held the first Sunday of the month (2017-2018) at the Clubhouse. Professional musicians from the LA Philharmonic and students and faculty of the Institute will perform. Proceeds benefit the Club’s historic Building Restoration Fund. Admission donation requested ($10 adults; $5 students)

Our National Night Out event will be held on Tuesday, August 7th at Orange Grove Park. Join us for inflatables, games, food, music and more! This event is designed to strengthen relationships in our community and continue to demonstrate relationships with public safety. Police and Fire Departments and various other city components.

CERT Basic Training  Registration Open – Oct 6, 13, 20, 8:00am to 1:00pm each day This 12 hour course teaches the CERT Basics including Fire Safety, Disaster Medical Operations, Search and Rescue, & Hazardous Materials. Must complete all 3 classes to graduate. In 95% of all emergencies, a neighbor, co-worker, or bystander is the first person at the scene of an emergency.
