The Tiger Tourney was launched in 2013, co-chaired by SPEF board members Kris Johnson and Jean Zenas.  Ms. Zenas has co-chaired the event every year since. “Tiger Tourney is a great opportunity to enjoy a fun day while also making a difference, because the funds raised help supply our schools with much needed athletic equipment.” Zenas enthusiastically goes on to say “I ve enjoyed working on the Tiger Tourney each year, but this year we are super excited to introduce the idea of Live Entertainment at the post tournament reception. The band Little Silver Hearts will be playing.”
