Pasadena, CA – Good times are on the menu at The Frostig Center’s Brews & Bites beer and food pairing on April 7.

Chefs Lalo Sanchez and Claude Beltran have created an eclectic menu of small plates and selected the perfect craft beer to pair with each dish. Guests will enjoy a total of five courses during the evening.

Between sips and bites guests will enjoy a Western band and dancing during this special evening at the Saddle & Sirloin Club, a rustic riding club in Atwater Village. NBC4 Southern California Weathercaster and stand-up comedian Fritz Coleman will serve as Master of Ceremonies.

The pairings will begin with appetizers accompanied by Firestone PIVO, a pilsner, and conclude with a dessert that is complemented by a stout from Sierra Madre’s own RT Brewing.

Each course will have a vegetarian option. Wine, water and soft drinks will also be available.

Funds raised at the event will support Frostig School, which serves students in grades 1-12 who have learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD and autism spectrum disorder. Frostig School offers a transformative experience to children and teens who have struggled in school due to their learning challenges.
