Teen Read Week 2018

The South Pasadena Public Library Event runs from October 7 to October 13, 2018

Teen Read Week will take place October 7-13th at libraries nationwide with the theme “It’s Written in the Stars…Read!” The South Pasadena Public Library will be celebrating this week with a special “Big Draw” event on Wednesday, October 10th from 4:30 p.m. -5:30 p.m. in the Library Community Room at 1115 El Centro Street. Teens, ages 13-17, are invited to participate in a drawing workshop hosted by Anime Your Way. Professional artist Brian Lopez will lead this hands-on introduction to drawing comics in the manga style.  This program is funded by a grant from the Friends of the South Pasadena Public Library, Inc.
