Brighten up your weekend with a refreshing afternoon of history, flavor, and food! The South Pasadena Public Library invites community members to a special presentation and live tasting with acclaimed culinary historian and author George Geary.
Taking place on Saturday, October 10th from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the Library Community Room (1115 El Centro St.), this interactive event will dive into the rich and vibrant story of California’s citrus heritage, celebrating the release of Geary’s latest book, Citrus, Illustrated.
During the session, Geary will host a live step-by-step demonstration of his crowd-favorite Four Citrus Ambrosia Salad. Best of all, attendees will get to sample the finished dish during the talk.
