Never Before Open to the Public: On Sunday, November 14 The South Pasadena Preservation Foundation will be hosting a virtual tour of famed architect Irving Gill’s Miltimore House.
The home’s interior has never before been open to the public. While the tour will be virtual for all attendees, local guests can choose to attend a ‘virtual tour’ of the Miltimore House hosted by Jeff Burke, at Burke Triolo Studios in South Pasadena or via live streaming from the comfort of your home.
The ‘virtual tour’ will also feature a forum of experts, which guests can participate in Q.A. at Burke Triolo Studios or via webinar. The event is scheduled to begin at 5 PM PST.
All ticket proceeds will go towards the South Pasadena Preservation Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that strives to foster awareness and appreciation of the historic heritage of South Pasadena.
Irving Gill was an American architect known primarily for his advances in the modern movement of architecture. The Miltimore House was designed by Gill in 1911 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
