THEFT

• 12-27-20, 11:12 AM, 300 Block of Alta Vista. Suspect takes loss from victim’s front porch. LOSS: Parcel package.

• 12-28-21, 10:40 PM, 400 Block of Monterey. Suspect(s) sign package for victim and take loss. LOSS: Parcel package.

• 1-17-21, 2:23 PM to 1-26-21, 7:00 AM, 700 Block of Orange Grove. Victim is selling an item online and is contacted by suspect who sends a check over the agreed upon price. Suspect tells victim to send extra amount to moving company and victim complies. Victim later discovers suspect’s check is counterfeit. LOSS: U.S currency.

• 2-1-21, 4:16 PM, 1200 Block of Fair Oaks (Pavilions) and 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). S1 enters Pavilions and S2 enters Vons. Suspects takes loss and exits store without paying. Both suspects are located together a few blocks away. LOSS: Tide pods (recovered). SUSPECTS ARRESTED: S1 – Male, Hispanic, 29 years, Pasadena. S2 – Male, Hispanic, 29 years, Altadena.

• 1-31-21 to 2-4-21, 8 AM, 1900 block of Leman. Suspect(s) takes loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: License plates.

• 2-5-21, 1:15 AM 1:30 AM, 1200 Block of Kolle, ’08 Toyota Prius. Suspect(s) cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

• 2-4-21, 10:00 PM to 2-5-21, 3:00 PM, 1100 Block of Huntington, ’01 Toyota Prius. Suspect(s) cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

FRAUD

1-21-21, 12:00 PM, 2000 Block of Meridian. Suspect(s) uses victim’s identity to order a replacement debit card.

STOLEN VEHICLE

• 2-2-21, 11 PM, 1100 block of El Centro. ’12, Mercedes C350.

• 2-4-21, 6 PM to 2-5-21, 7 PM, 300 block of Pasadena. ’06, Yamaha WRF450.

• 2-4-21, 9 PM to 2-5-21, 7 PM, 300 block of Monterey. ’06, Ford F250.

VEHICLE BURGLARY

• 2-1-21, 5:20 PM, 300 Block of Monterey, ’13 Ford F-250. Suspect(s) smashes window to victim’s vehicle to gain entry and takes loss. LOSS: Camera with case and SD card, Bluetooth radio, fan, outlet power strip, heater, tool bag, battery, facemasks, nitrile gloves, and duffle bags.

• 2-2-21, 4:30 PM, 200 Block of Monterey, ’18 Toyota Rav4. Suspect(s) enter victim’s vehicle by unknown means and takes loss. LOSS: Spare key, owner’s manual to the vehicle, vehicle registration, cell phone charging cable, and boots.

• 2-2-21, 9:30 PM, 200 Block of Monterey, ’17 Hyundai Sonata. Suspect(s) enter victim’s vehicle by unknown means and takes loss. LOSS: Owner’s manual, vehicle registration, certificate of title to vehicle, sunglasses, and hand wipes.

• 2-2-21, 10:40 PM to 2-3-21, 7:30 AM, 1400 Block of Oneonta Knoll, ’19 Honda Civic. Suspect(s) smashes victim’s vehicle window to gain entry. LOSS: Unknown.

• 2-7-21, 9:00 PM to 2-8-21, 6:30 AM, 200 Block of Monterey, ’12 Kia Sorento. Suspect(s) enter victim’s vehicle by unknown means and takes loss. LOSS: Keys.

• 2-8-21, 2:43 PM, 1600 Block of Spruce, ’85 Ford F700. Suspect(s) cut lock to victim’s vehicle storage cabinet and take loss. LOSS: Climbing equipment. SUSPECT VEHICLE: White van. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, unknown clothing.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

2-4-21, 12:47 PM, 900 Block of Arroyo. Suspect enters victim’s garage and takes loss. Witness calls police and officers locate suspect with loss. Suspect also was in possession of drug paraphernalia and stolen property from a commercial burglary (see below). LOSS: Bicycle (recovered). SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 39 years, Los Angeles.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY

2-4-21, 10 AM, 1500 block of Fremont (Holy Family Parish Hall). Suspect forces doors open to gain entry. Suspect takes loss and leaves. Suspect is later found committing the above residential burglary. LOSS: Laptop computer (recovered). SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 39 years, Los Angeles.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

1-30-21, 12:49 AM to 1:22 AM, Fremont and Birch. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and is found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, White, 45 years, Los Angeles.

POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA

2-8-21, 12:05 AM, 110 Freeway and Orange Grove. Subject (driver) is stopped for a traffic violation and suspect (passenger) is found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 30 years, Tujunga.

POSSESSION OF NITROUS OXIDE

2-8-21, 10:44 PM, 1100 Block of Marengo. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and is found to be in possession of nitrous oxide. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, Hispanic, 27 years, Los Angeles.

TRANSPORTATION OF MARIJUANA

2-6-21, 12:47 AM, Fair Oaks and Lyndon. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and found to be transporting marijuana and possession of nitrous oxide. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 22 years, La Puente.

VANDALISM

2-3-21, 6:45 PM, 1700 Block of Grevelia, ’17 Toyota Prius. Suspect(s) damage victim’s front windshield with an unknown object.

ROBBERY

2-4-21, 6:13 PM, 1100 Block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store without a face mask and takes loss. Employee asks suspect to wear a mask and suspect ignores employee. Suspect exits store with loss and employee contacts suspect and suspect slaps employee. LOSS: Liquor. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 23 years, New York.

DUI

2-5-21, 8:45 PM, Mission and Garfield. Suspect is involved in a traffic collision with city property and is found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 34 years, Yucaipa.

2-7-21, 12:05 AM, Meridian and Pine. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 42 years, Los Angeles.
