THEFT
• 7-31-20, 4:00 PM to 8-3-20, 8:00 AM, 1100 block of Columbia. Suspect(s) enter a construction site and break lock securing loss. LOSS: Tools.
• 8-4-20, 9:38 PM to 10:13 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect takes loss and leaves store without paying. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 23 years, Los Angeles. LOSS: Alcohol (recovered).
• 8-4-20, 8:00 PM to 8-5-20, 10:00 AM, 1000 block of Fremont. Suspect(s) take loss from a post office mailbox. Suspect(s) then alters and cashes victim’s checks. LOSS: Mail.
• 8-8-20, 3:20 PM to 4:04 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspects place loss in purse and backpack and leave store without paying. Suspect 2 is found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. SUSPECT ARRESTED: S1 – Male, 38 years, Los Angeles. S2 – Female, 28 years, Whittier. LOSS: Food items, razors, lotion (recovered).
• 8-9-20, 12:13 PM to 12:38 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect places loss in bag and leaves store without paying. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 60 years, Los Angeles. LOSS: Food items (recovered).
• 8-10-20, 8:04 AM to 8:33 AM, 600 block of Stoney. Suspect(s) tamper with a chain link fence and take loss from an unlocked storage cabinet. LOSS: Motor oil.
• 8-10-20, 7:22 PM to 8:05 PM, 600 block of Indiana. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s garage. LOSS: Bicycle.
• 8-10-20, 10:50 PM to 11:01 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect places loss in bag and leaves store without paying. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 49 years, Temple City.
POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA
- 8-6-20, 3:44 AM to 4:27 AM, 100 block of Monterey. Officer contacts and finds suspect to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 29 years, Palmdale.
DRUNK IN PUBLIC
• 8-6-20, 10:55 PM to 11:03 PM, 1400 block of Mission. Officer responds to a call regarding an unconscious subject lying on a sidewalk and finds suspect to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 36 years, Los Angeles.
• 8-11-20, 2:35 AM to 3:12 AM, 2000 block of Crestlake. Officer contacts suspect for a parking violation and finds suspect to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 42 years, South Pasadena.
STOLEN VEHICLE
• 8-7-20, 7:26 AM to 7:48 AM, 1700 block of Fair Oaks. ’12 Genuine Buddy 125.
• 8-7-20, 12:11 PM to 12:27 PM, 1800 block of State. ’19 BMW S 1000 RR.
EVADE/ RECKLESS DRIVING
- 8-8-20, 2:04 AM to 2:39 AM, 900 block of Mission. Officer attempts to stop suspect for a traffic violation and a short pursuit ensues. Suspect flees from vehicle and is arrested days later by LAPD. Vehicle is found to be a stolen vehicle.
ASSAULT
- 8-9-20, 5:45 AM, Court/Huntington. Victim is sleeping on a bench, when suspect punches victim and blames victim for making a mess. As suspect walks away, suspect throws a rock at victim. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, 55 years, South Pasadena.
TRESPASSING
- 8-9-20, 5:01 PM to 5:17 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect refuses to leave store after being told to do so by employees. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, 26 years, transient.
VANDALISM
- 8-9-20, 10:00 PM to 8-10-20, 12:21 PM, 600 block of Prospect. ’05 Lexus ES330. Suspect deflates victim’s tires.
