THEFT

• 4-5-22, 9:23 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect takes loss and leaves store without paying. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Black, 50 years, wearing a grey and white jacket, blue jeans, grey backpack. LOSS: Soda, ice cream.

• 4-6-22, 10:24 AM, 300 block of Pasadena. Suspect takes loss from victim’s property. Officers locate and find suspect to be in possession of a controlled substance. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 34 years, transient. LOSS: Scooter (recovered).

• 4-6-22, 2:49 PM to 2:52 PM, 1200 block of Fair Oaks (Pavilions). Suspect takes loss and leaves store without paying. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 25 years, Pasadena. LOSS: Laundry detergent (recovered).

• 4-3-22, 12:30 AM, 700 block of Prospect. ’12 Chevrolet Sonic LTZ. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s unlocked vehicle. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male. LOSS: MP3 player, utility knife.

• 4-8-22, 5:30 AM to 5:40 AM, 1300 block of Huntington (Starbucks). Suspect places loss into bag and leaves store without paying. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, White, 5’6’’, scruffy beard, brown medium hair, wearing a black cloth hat, black zip up hooded sweater, black slacks, white shoes, neon or lime green bag. LOSS: Tumblers.

• 4-10-22, 8:40 PM to 8:50 PM, 400 block of Garfield. ’06, Toyota Prius. Suspect(s) attempts to cut victim’s catalytic converter but fails to remove it. LOSS: None.

• 4-10-22, 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM, 1500 block of Diamond. ’04 Hyundai Santa Fe. Suspect(s) cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

AUTO BURGLARY

• 4-8-22, 5:00 AM to 7:45 AM, 900 block of Mission. ’13 Kia Forte. Suspect(s) smash the front passenger window of victim’s vehicle and take loss. LOSS: Earbuds, laptop, debit card, miscellaneous chargers.

• 4-9-22, 11:00 PM to 4-10-22, 8:30 AM, 1700 block of State. ’10 Toyota Matrix. Suspect(s) smash the front passenger window of victim’s vehicle and take loss. LOSS: Messenger bag, miscellaneous items.

• 4-10-22, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 800 block of Fair Oaks. ’20 Toyota Corolla. Suspect(s) smash the front passenger window of victim’s vehicle and take loss. LOSS: Handbag, makeup.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY

4-7-22, 6:19 AM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Pro Beauty Supply). Suspects smashes front glass door to gain entry and activates alarm. Suspects takes loss from shelves and exits. LOSS: Beauty products. SUSPECTS DESCRIPTIONS: S1 – Unknown sex, wearing a black hoodie jacket, black pants, black shoes and a face mask. S2 – Unknown sex, wearing a black hoodie with red print, black pants, black shoes and a face mask.

VANDALISM

• 4-6-22, 6 PM, Mission/Meridian. Suspects spray graffiti on walls.

• 4-7-22, 12:36 PM, 1700 block of Huntington. ’21 Subaru WRX. Suspect(s) use a tool to scratch victim’s vehicle.

• 4-10-22, 6:27 PM, 1000 block of Lohman Lane. (Arroyo Seco Golf Course). Suspects kick down a gate.

STOLEN VEHICLE

2-11-22, 12:49 AM, to 4-7-22, 11:59 PM, 700 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect uses a fraudulent driver’s license to rent a vehicle. Suspect fails to return vehicle on due date.

RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE

4-8-22, 3:37 PM, Huntington/Bushnell. ’06 Toyota Corolla. Vehicle is found to be stolen from Alhambra.

ROBBERY

4-10-22, 3:41 PM to 3:47 PM, 1200 block of Fair Oaks (ARCO). Suspect attempts to purchase gas with a counterfeit one hundred-dollar bill. Victim, who is an employee, notifies suspect that the bill is fraudulent. Suspect becomes irate and takes loss before leaving the store. Suspect punches victim multiple times as victim confronts suspect. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, 25 years, 5’08’’, thin build, black hair, black eyes. SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: Black BMW sedan. LOSS: Food item.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

4-9-22, 9:42 PM, Huntington/Garfield. Officer contacts suspect who is found to be in possession of methamphetamine. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 26 years, Los Angeles.

FRAUD

4-4-22, 8:00 AM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (U.S. Bank). Suspect(s) use victim’s information and makes an unauthorized withdrawal.

DRUNK IN PUBLIC

4-6-22, 10:07 PM, Monterey/Fremont. Officer responds to a call regarding two subjects fighting and finds suspects to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for themselves. SUSPECTS ARRESTED: S1 – Male, White, 47 years, Pasadena. S2 – Male, 57 years, Pasadena.
