Spaghetti Dinner Night, hosted by the South Pasadena High School Music Boosters, will take place on Thursday, February 27, from 6 to 9 p.m. The event will be held in the gymnasium at South Pasadena Middle School as a result of current construction of the athletic facilities at SPHS.
The annual fundraiser is a popular affair, with more than 500 members of the South Pasadena community attending to support the music programs at South Pasadena High School (SPHS).
Students; members of the SPHS Concert Band, Symphonic Band and Orchestra; will perform throughout the evening as attendees enjoy dinner and a silent auction. Admission to the event is $12 for adults and $7 for children 12 and under. Tickets may be purchased in advance from band members and will be sold at the door.
Proceeds from this fundraiser will help cover expenses such as the purchase and maintenance of instruments, sheet music, transportation to competitions and events, uniforms and fees.
This year’s generous sponsors include: South Pasadena Eye Care, Mathnasium, Massage Envy, Vecinos de South Pasadena, San Marino Music Center, Fremont Centre Theatre, Compass Realty, the Los Angeles Clippers, Studio Movie Grill, Jones Coffee Roasters, Mamma’s Brick Oven Pizza, Charlie’s Trio and many more.
