“New Works,” a solo exhibition by watercolorist Sally Rightor Parks, will open Saturday, May 21, 2022, hosted by the South Pasadena Arts Council at the SPARC Gallery in South Pasadena. A reception will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. with the artist in attendance. Admission is free.

Known for her evocative local landscapes, cityscapes, and botanical scenes, Parks’ describes her watercolor paintings as celebrations of nature and “a reminder that we are stewards of our earth.” “New Works” will run through July 9, 2022.
