This weekend wrapped up one of the most successful Fall seasons our local AYSO Region 214 has experienced in several years.

This past Saturday, the Boys 2010 EXTRA team took home first place in AYSO’s Western States Championships in Moorpark. A last minute goal by South Pasadena resident Max Osorio helped bring home the first place medals for the boys. They secured their 3-2 win against a season-long rival which made the victory that much sweeter.

The next day, the Girls 2010 EXTRA team followed up with a victory of their own in a thriller that needed an extra time winner to secure the team’s 2nd Western States Championship title in a row. The win capped off an undefeated season for the Tigers, one that the girls and their families will for sure never forget.

In addition earlier this month, our Boys U10 and Boys U12 All Star teams finished off tremendous runs of their own finishing 1st in San Gabriel’s Area 1C All Star circuit.
