The following will be offered:
- Friday, June 22, 11:45 a.m. – luncheon menu Meatloaf – reservations needed, followed by 1 p.m. Friday Cinema featuring the film “All the Money in the World” a 2017 film will be shown. The film covers the kidnapping of 16-year-old John Paul Getty. Open to senior citizens.
- Monday, June 25, 10:30 a.m. – A new Perspective on Asset Class Investments – presenter will cover how to minimize risk in an investment portfolio for those who use index funds. Sign up needed.
Monday, June 25, 1:15 p.m. - Foreign Film showing of Renoir a 2012 French drama film based on the last years of Pierre-Auguste Renoir at Cagnes-sur-Mer during World War I. Open to senior citizens.
- Tuesday, June 26, 10:30 a.m. – “Posture is Life: Influencing Longevity” presented by Dr. Christine Smith. Sign up needed.
- Wednesday, June 27, 1 p.m. – “Elder Wisdom Circle” meets to discuss and share the personal growth and positivity and the enormous potential of daily choices and aging. Walk-ins welcome.
Thursday, June 28, 9-10:30 a.m., Line Dance class to Oldies. Learn basic steps and stimulate brain by remembering patterns to choreographed dances. $5 walk-ins or $20 a month.
Friday, June 29, 10:30 a.m. – Flu-Busters – Nurses from Huntington Hospital will speak on methods to avoid illness and maintaining good health as flu season approaches. Sign up needed.
Lunch menu for the week: June 25 – Oven baked Chicken & Veggie Soup, June 26 – Ham & Muenster Cheese Croissant sandwich, June 27 – Chicken Cranberry salad sandwich, June 28 – Spaghetti & Meatballs, and June 29 – Baked Salmon and birthday cake for dessert.
