Pasadena Playhouse, the State Theater of California and recipient of the 2023 Regional Theatre Tony Award, has announced the complete cast and creative team for its highly anticipated production of Peter Shaffer’s Amadeus. The production, directed by Tony Award winner Darko Tresnjak, will run from February 11 through March 8, 2026, with a press opening scheduled for February 15.
Broadway actor Sam Clemmett—best known for originating Albus Potter in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child—will star as Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Joining him is Tony Award nominee Lauren Worsham (A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder) as Constanze. Previously announced Tony Award winner Jefferson Mays will take on the iconic role of Antonio Salieri.
