Committee members say the theme offers hope that individuals might emerge from the pandemic with greater empathy and respect, and with an improved wellness – not only in physical health, but in mental and spiritual health as well.

Donnelly-Crocker has served as executive director for Young & Healthy, a nonprofit that provides quality health care for underserved children in the greater Pasadena area, since its inception 32 years ago.

South Pasadena Prayer Breakfast is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by local citizens and funded entirely by private donations. Since 2016, the group has raised more than $20,000 for local charities and programs that actively support prayer and service to the local community. Grant applications for interested organizations are due March 31 and are available at www.sopasprayerbreakfast.org.
