Movies, commercials and student films are regularly filmed in South Pasadena because of its “anywhere in the U.S.A.,” according to the city’s Film Liaison Joan Aguado.

Hundreds of TV commercials, movies and student films are shot in South Pasadena throughout the year.
Below are some of the recent productions filmed in the city:

•7/3 –Web Content “Copious Cupholders” was shot in the 400 block of Monterey Road.

•8/2 –TV Show “Better Things” was shot in the 400 block of Hermosa Place.

•8/2 –A still Photo, “United Therapeutics,” was shot in the 800 block of Park Ave and the Farmers Market at Mission and Meridian.

•8/2– A commercial for “Zillow” was shot in the 200 block of Los Laureles.
